Guests are kindly requested to arrive between 3:00 PM and 3:15 PM to allow for a timely start. Reception The reception will follow immediately after the ceremony, running from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

The wedding is formal: Black Tie Optional, Formal Attire. Please dress to impress!

The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting) overlooking the waterfront, and the reception will be held in the ballroom of Glen Manor House.

The ceremony will last about 30 minutes from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM. The reception will directly follow the ceremony. Please arrive between 3:00 PM - 3:15 PM to the ceremony.

This will be an unplugged ceremony, and we kindly ask all guests to refrain from taking photos or videos. We’ve hired professional photographers to capture every moment, and we’d love for our photos to feature your smiles—not your phones. Please turn off your devices and join us in being fully present for this special moment. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you’d like during the reception. Thank you for your understanding!

After the ceremony, guests will be welcomed to the outdoor patio for a one-hour mocktail hour featuring passed hors d’oeuvres inspired by local Newport, RI flavors, as well as food stations. Following the mocktail hour, we’ll move into the ballroom for a formal sit-down dinner and dessert, followed by dancing. Please note, this is an alcohol-free wedding—a lifestyle choice we kindly ask you to understand and respect. We’ve curated a selection of fun and flavorful mocktails, crafted by our drink specialist, to ensure everyone has a delightful experience!

There will be a live string band for the ceremony and a DJ for the reception to keep everyone dancing.
